Loni is a very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor. She represented me in the sale of my parents home. I do not live in the Hemet area and she was so helpful in setting up appointments, meeting repair companies at the house (which meant I did not need to drive 1-1/2 hours each way to the house), and offered her recommendations on what would be helpful to address on the property to bring in interested buyers.
